I did this a couple of days ago I wanted to brighten my eyes up.

What I used:
Sleek gel eyeliner (dominatrix)
Sleek high pigment eyeshadow (skyblue and purple)
Victoria Jackson mascara
Rimmel eyebrow pencil (brown)
Victoria Jackson lipgloss and lipliner (sunrise)
